Autumn

Today start the autumn, time of changes in the nature. Less light and lower temperatures, even in the Mediterranean still could be warm. Days of summer and also winter days.

The light of the autumn is very special in the forest, the shadows start to win in lot of valleys.
The truth is that we haven’t a real winter in most parts of Spain, just freezing nights. We lose the hard winter, our winter is late autumn of the cold areas.

This weekend will be cold for September, waiting to do a record in my station, the lower temperature is 6,2°, maybe could a little bit lower. But I know that maybe in a few days again warm days with 25°. Very extreme time and the light, every shorter until December. First cold with the body still adapted to the summer.

Autumn is good time for pictures, the changes in the nature, first in the Pyrenees, the coast waiting until November… In the north of Europe of course is more extreme the light, but if you go to the tropics the changes are less important. The posible light is the same in all the points of the earth, the distribution is quite diferent.

Rain

Yesterday I did trail running with rain, sometimes is nice to see the nature with the magic sound of the rain.

A long way of 17 kilometers

I went to Sant Miquel del Fai, now is closed because they are doing some work to improve. Now is a public place, with falls, a church, caves. I arrived running and see from the cliffs after the rain, was amazing, sun, rainbow, fog…

Cingles de Berti now is very green in this rainy 2020.

A house in the middle of a very nice forest. The Cingles had a important fire in 1994, then parts of the mountain are recovering with Mediterranean trees, not in this picture that is like was all before the fire.

The waterfall of the Tenes river. Sant Miquel del Fai is going to open again after the reform, like a public familiar placer that used to be. I went sometimes with my parents.

Pedraforca

Yesterday was a familiar day in a very special mountain. Pedraforca is a classic in Catalunya, one of the most popular. Despite isn’t the highest and is Prepyreness, the technical climbing and the image makes it very special, also crowded normally.

Now people of Barcelona can’t go there, is still a quiet place. We walk part of a route that is a 360° of the mountain.

This is the best view of the power of this amazing mountain.

All around is forest and mountains, but never forget the past than this region the minerals are the main work of this region. The forest are very good, because they work down, also some open miners that still you can see. All trains are now just for tourist, green tracks to enjoy this amazing area.

Rivers cross the track, also some rocks can fail, specially in winter with snow and ice.

The storms are near, but we were lucky, we leave the area with fog. During the way coming home, rain was very heavy.

Great day in a place that always can discover places. Lot of paths to walk, some are very technical, but also you can do it easier. There are lot of possibilities in this area.

Normally the road have trafic jams, all the secundary valleys, have roads to the main one of the Llobregat river.

Nothing compares to you

The time isn’t stopped, even sometimes you get loss after too many days and home.

The spring is amazing, this rainy April help to have this green landscape. Flowers, clean air, water the best way to spend time now.
Since Sunday children can be outside in this strange moments that we are living.

The only thing I need is stay in the nature, breath and open my mind looking the nature with this perfect temperature.

I would like to move with my car and take pictures in more places, some hiking, but at the moment always at home and not too far away from home.

Is very difficult to keep clear the mind after all this long time. Very difficult to feel happy with this situation, very easy to feel stressed, worried and sad.

The truth is that I feel like this in last months, now I’m one more in this situation. Everybody have a reason to be worried, the future isn’t clear to anybody. The most positives persons also doesn’t feel safe at this moment.

We can’t do nothing, listen the news is like a joke, nobody believe what they said.

We wait that the time clear everything. The fog is with us, we don’t see our way.

The wall is just in front and we don’t know to climb it.

I hope the new order that everybody talk about, bring a return to the rural world.

Finish with the died villages, with more personal control but also with more facilities to work everywhere.

Maybe with this pandemic situation we learn that the urban world isn’t the best to keep the distances.

Learn to enjoy the moment, today could be the last day. Life in the earth is just casual.

When Matrix end, we will come back to the traffic jams, forgetting that our main problem is that we are too many people with a very bad distribution.
Places with a big past that now are empty, during centuries people survived, I can’t believe that now isn’t posible.

Come back to the new rural world, and understand than sometimes less is more. If you stay quiet is better than do it bad. Is time to think in the earth.
